About
Rebecca is the lead designer and owner of Oakstreet Shoppe. Drafting house plans and selecting all finishes and fixtures is her key role. She is licensed with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and has been designing homes professionally since 2008. She teaches Architectural and Design History classes at the local university, she adores her four little boys (Brock, Grayson, Forrest and Silas), and loves any chance to travel with her husband, Lucas.
"Our studio operates under the belief that good design is not defined in one particular style or genre. Good design is thoughtful, it is informed, and tailored to the end user to improve their daily life through function and beauty. We have an affinity for historical influences but are also constantly inspired by nature, modern art, fashion, and the beauty of human diversity."
