Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oakstreet purchase. Please contact us within 10 days to request an exchange or refund and we will be happy to work with you. If your item arrive broken, scratched, or otherwise deficient, please contact us within 10 days at orders@oakstreetshoppe.com or 325-232-6305 so that we can help you set up a return. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
