Meet the Oakstreet Designers
Rebecca Gibbs
is the lead designer and owner of Oakstreet Shoppe. Drafting house plans and selecting all finishes and fixtures is her key role. She is licensed with the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and has been designing homes professionally since 2008. She teaches Architectural and Design History classes at the local university, she adores her four little boys (Brock, Grayson, Forrest + Silas), and loves any chance to travel with her husband, Lucas.
"Our firm operates under the belief that good design is not defined in one particular style or genre. Good design is thoughtful, it is informed, and tailored to the end user to improve their daily life through function and beauty. We have an affinity for historical influences but are also constantly inspired by nature, modern art, fashion, and the beauty of human diversity."

Marilyn Crockett
has an expert eye for beauty and function and a love for blue and white. She graduated with a bachelors in Interior Design in 2020 and loves staying inspired. Marilyn offers a range of services: from small remodels and furniture selections to full-scale home designs and 3D models. When she's not designing, she spends time riding horses in the countryside, a hobby that definitely inspires her personal interior style. She and her husband Seth live in a tiny home with their sweet puppy named Lulu.

Bradye McQueen
will probably be your best friend by the time your project is complete. Her Type A half is meticulous about spreadsheets & checklists while her Type B side relishes the challenge of crafting timeless beauty in any space, from any budget. Building a new home, contracting your own remodel, or just need help making decisions on a furniture refresh? If you need feedback on the direction your headed, this option is perfect for you! So that we have an understanding of the full scope of your project, fill out the survey below with as much information as possible. This is a productive option if you want the expertise of a professional and comprehensive input but plan to manage the project yourself. This package gives you 10% off any shoppe purchases within the following 30 days.
*Rates for these Intensive 1-Hour Consultations are higher than a designer's standard rate as they include preparation, follow-up time, and a lot of expertise packed into a short period.*

Full Service
(Hourly Design Time)
From drawing floorplans to drafting elevations to selecting finishes and fixtures, one of our designers will offer you the full design experience. You will meet with your designer for an initial consultation, allowing them to create a custom design estimate specifically tailored to your needs. Once approved, your designer will get busy preparing a plan that will be presented to you, complete with samples, drawings, and pricing. Don't love everything? No worries. We have time for 1-2 revisions built in to every contract. By the end of the project, you (and/or your contractor) will be provided with a comprehensive design plan including dimensions, selections, specifications and pricing. This option gives you 15% off all shoppe purchases within six months.
