From Bella Cucina Artful Food, they finely dice their signature Preserved Lemons and fold them into a tangy lemon cream. Whole eggs create the soft creamy texture. Spoon over pancakes for brunch, fill a crostata pastry cup, or fold into whipped cream.
Ingredients: Whole eggs, lemon juice, sugar, butter (from milk) and preserved lemons (lemons and salt)
